Its the setup for Maya, but applies to Modo as well. Export from Substance Painter using the Vray preset, then set the texture effect of each texture in Modo (standard Vray material):
Diffuse -> vmtl Diffuse Color
Reflection -> vmtl Reflection Color
Glossiness -> vmtl Reflection Glossiness
IOR -> vmtl Fresnel IOR
Normal -> Normal
You can also set the Diffuse texture to have Modo's own "Diffuse Color" effect.
This will also work with V-Ray's material, but will additionally be visible in Modo's OpenGL viewport.
If you want to speed up the workflow you can check my substance painter live link, now it works with vray in modo, max and maya! https://gumroad.com/xolotlstudio
