I just get a dump of fail functions and files in Modo. Its weird. I reinstalled it, but still same case scenario.

Looks like the installer couldn't set the V-Ray for Modo install path environment variable for some reason (probably insufficient access right?). Setting it manually should fix the issue. Well, it seems you have V-Ray and Modo incompatibility with version ( e.g. Modo 12.1 with V-Ray 3.5). You can download the latest release from here https://download.chaosgroup.com/?pla...adv&product=47 and don't worry trial period is extended for 30 days even you're used before this time.
