I was in the middle of working on a project and Vray completely stopped functioning, with the following error (see attached image). Rebooting and re-installing the license server didn't fix the issue. I'm on a very tight deadline and not happy about this at all!

Howdy, Richard,
Thank you for the feedback, Could please update to the latest OSL, you can download it from here: https://download.chaosgroup.com/down...dalone-520-adv. Borrow the license/s when you're starting the project will spend a lot of time.
Btw, occasionally when you're run or opened multiple VFB windows with a single license can cause this error, e.g. you ran V-Ray on Mac and Win at the same time.
Cheers,

Hi Boyan,
I'd already updated to the latest license server. Judging by the license section of the main forum it was a widespread problem so I assume it was a server issue on friday. I tried borrowing a license at the time, but I couldn't get it to work, I'm not sure why but the final step in the description was to upload something back to the Chaos Group server but I never saw that screen so couldn't follow through to the final step. It was probably user error but I spent a lot of time trying to fix it to no avail. Eventually my regular license started working again anyway so I gave up.
