vray nightlies and stability

this might be a dumb question, but should Vray Nightlies be considered stable, just missing features/having bugs (things are that repeatable) or are they just inherently unstable to some degree at times? I have been using them since modo 14 , but just yesterday I have been having odd crash moments, getting the cuda 700 error, total gpu crashing (restart computer to fix) but they seem to all be happening at different moments when I am working. I am just wondering what I should consider par for the course with nightlies? should I just assume they are not as stable in general?

The nightlies are built from the stable branch for V-Ray Next, so, yes, they are considered stable.
Of course, not as stable as an official release, which we do additional tests on.

If you are having CUDA issues, you might want to update your drivers first to make sure it's not that.
