Image folders with UDIMs

Hello.

The UDIM workflow using image folders, outlined here: http://modo.docs.thefoundry.co.uk/mo..._Workflow.html
, doesn't seem to work.
Everything works just fine when the images are loaded separately in the shader tree.

Yes, this is not implemented yet, it is on the TODO list though, I will write back here when it is fixed.
