Layer support?

Vray seem to have no layer (=groups in Modo) support in Modo. So when I put items on a layer and make that one invisible, Vray renders them, but when making that layer 'render able = off' Vray still renders them. Hope support is near...

Ah yes, we discussed this with someone else a few months ago, I completely forgot about it.
Is there anything else beside render visibility that you can control with the groups that also affects the rendering ?

Support for group visibility is added in today's nightly build, the one from 2017.03.02 .
