Modo doesn't see V-Ray on another account than administrators

I have two users on a windows 10 machine and no matter what I do V-Ray is seen by Modo only on administrators account. Any idea why is it so and how to deal with it?

Yes, the installation installs V-Ray for MODO only for the current user.
I couldn't find a location common to all users, where MODO would search for kits/plug-ins.
This is a problem only on Windows.
I think I asked about this on the Foundry forums and they couldn't suggest a location that works for all users, but I will ask again.

To fix it:
On the administrator account, open "%appdata%/Luxology/configs" and copy "vray4modo.cfg" to a common location.
Then on the second user account, open "%appdata%/Luxology/configs" again and paste "vray4modo.cfg" there.
If you reinstall V-Ray for MODO to a new location, you will have to do this again, as the path inside "vray4modo.cfg" needs to be modified.
