  • RT Bump Strength

In RT preview bump strength is incorrect compared to final render.

RT makes bump look less than what it actually is. It is much stronger in final frame renders.

This happens due to the resolution downscale option when using RT if you use RT at final frame size with no VFB scaling it renders the bump maps correctly.

I guess this is caused by the anti-aliasing on the bump/normal texture.
You can disable it to bring out all the detail in the texture.
    Like this:

This should make the RT down-scaled/final resolution renders much closer.

Turning of Texture AA is a general good idea with Vray, that I do since 16 years.
