I own already a license for Softimage and just purchased one for modo.

I send the context.wbc to support@chaosgroup.com is it correct ?

actually I have a -197 error code

My license server version is 3.0

I am not familiar with how the dongle re-programming is done and whether this is the correct file to send.
If it's not, support will let you know.
You will probably have to wait until Monday though.
