    I've been testing different Modo materials and comparing the results in VRay vs Modo's preview. The vast majority of materials seem to translate very well however glass and liquid materials seem to be problematic. Is refraction handled differently in VRay and therefore won't work with Modo's native preset materials for glass and water? RT CPU is dramatically different while RT GPU seems to handle it better but with some differences. Basically it seems like glass and water rendered on the CPU (VRay) doesn't work at all. I have attached a couple of screen captures that show what I'm seeing.

    Can you attach these scenes ?

    Yes, there are differences in how refractions are handled, which I think are most obvious, when the Double sided option in the MODO material is OFF.
    I will try to make another attempt to get closer to the way MODO handles them, but not sure when that will be.

    Also note that the RT engine is setup for a lower refraction depth to help with interactivity.
