Vladimir, I am suddenly getting the error:

failed to export with unknown error

I am sending you the scene, please can you see if you can render it?

To render the scene, delete the object called "BOXLIGHT", it is a mesh instance without a source mesh.

I had a check in the code for such cases, but probably broke it somehow when adding support for the "allow deformations" option of mesh instances (the 2016.07.29 build).
Should have added a test for this. Will write back here when the check is working again.

The crash is fixed for today's nightly build ( 2016.08.18 ).
You should update to avoid any surprises.
Also the Event Log now includes a warning about mesh instances that don't have a source mesh.
