Can you attach or send me the scene ?

In cases like this, you can add GI, Light, Relfection, Specular, etc. render elements to help you figure out what is causing the noise.

Only looking at the render, it looks like you have two point lights inside the object.
They are very close to the surface, creating a very bright hot spot on it.
This hot spot cannot be importance sampled, so it creates a lot of GI noise.

You can do one of several things.

    - reduce the reflectivity of the white material inside the fridge

    - decrease the max ray intensity until the noise is gone

    - disable reflective caustics

    - change the Falloff Type of the your points lights to Inverse Distance or None. Then you can decrease their intensity, and the hot spot will not be so bright and cause so much noise.
