    Hello,

I have a problem with an interior scene. Where I have room without windows only lit by flourescent light tubes from the ceiling.
I have set it to Brute force first bounce and light cache for second bounce but it somehow gets stuck when calculating the light cache what can I do to optimize?or has anyone had similar issue?
    Thanks in advance!

    Best, Jon

Do you have displacement in your scene? Maybe switch it of and try again. Displacement can cause long lc calculations if not properly optimized.

      Hey LuckyClouds,

Thank's for your post. In case that you could not provide a scene file, try to decrease a "Light cache"'s Subdivs to 500 or even low. The quality has down, but speed will increase.

Thank you for your reply! I have tried lowering the light cache subdiv´s but nothing happens.

Thank you! I have no displacement so I am looking for a setting or parameter that causes the increase in rendertime/light cache calculation?
