IC splotches in reflection

I had that now quite often, I use IC for primary, but I often see in reflection a very bad quality and splotches. Can that be improved somehow?
Maybe using Brute force for reflection?

You can try increasing the "subdivs" value in the Irradiance Map roll-out, in order to increase the quality of its samples and reduce the splotches.

Did so.. works good in front of the camera, but not in the reflection. Especially in areas of small details I get that.
