Fur Freeze

Hello,

I have a small issue with Rendering Hair. In my scene there?s scalp geometry and Curves are parented to it. Vray doesn?t want to render at all if these two have transform values. Basically these objects need to be freezed in order for vray to render.

Can you send me the scene ?
What happens when you try to render ? Crash, error message or something else ?

On Mac he hangs up. If you close vfb or hit the stop button you cant restart vray, (it says that he is already running).
On Windows he comes up with an error message or crashes.

That's a crash with the MODO render cache API, there is nothing I can do, you need to report it to The Foundry.

You can reproduce it without V-Ray by loading the scene (V-Ray can be uninstalled) and executing the sdk.rcache.print command.

Can I send the scene to them, if you don't have the time to report the crash ?
