I encoutered some issues with V-Ray GPU on little scale scenes. At 4/5 subD levels, geometry begins to appear streched and with holes. Moving camera changes the aspect of the mesh.
I though it was due to my scene in particular but it does this even on a new scene with the simplest geometry, the trigger seeming to be the scale ( around 2/3 cm, I didn't try every possible size ).

I have played with every subdivision mode ( through Modo, V-Ray Static & V-Ray Dynamic ), and the result is the same.
