Hi,
I seem to be getting a re-occurring error with V-Ray RT GPU - more often than not I will get renders that fail to start. Restarting Modo will occasionally fix this and the scene will then render, but then if I need to stop or pause the render to do some edits to the scene and then want to render again, the error re-appears.
The scene is quite light (though I am having this issue on a few scenes now), only a small resolution render (886x1417px) and total texture size on disk should be less than 400mb. GPU textures set to transfer as is (no resizing).
Any ideas as to what could be causing this? Very keen to try and integrate V-Ray GPU into our production workflow so trying to use and test it as much as possible!
I'm using V-Ray 3.5.01 (build 27418, the latest 22/05/17 nightly, however this was happening on previous nightlies as well) on a 2009 dual processor Mac Pro with a non-Mac Nvidia 980 Ti SC 6gb (PC card via Web Drivers) running Mac OS Sierra 10.12.5.
Regards,
Andy
