When a camera has a physical cam package and is scaled (or inside a parent that is scaled), it changes the way AA works on textures and makes them very blurry.
It only seems to affect CPU since GPU doesnt support texture AA

1. Load attached scene and start RT CPU
NOTE: This is being rendered with physical camera. The "test" floor texture is blurry
2. In the item list, right click "camera" > set as render camera
NOTE: This is the same camera without the physical camera package. The floor texture is no longer blurry
WORKAROUND: Disable AA on the floor texture
Left = Physical camera, Right = modo camera
