Hopefully you guys are able to reproduce it, otherwise it is probably a problem with my hardware/drivers
Those steps just caused Blue screen of Death with error Bad Pool Header. But this only happened once

Crashes with production rendering are almost never random.
So, if you are not able to repeat the crash, it's most likely an issue with your hardware, maybe RAM, considering the BSOD you are getting.

V-Ray RT GPU in my case refused to render a specific scene and was crashing at different frames. After disabling overclocking of my GPU it was rendering straight without any errors

          Thank you!
I'm not getting it anymore testing with one RAM stick and all OC off
The only thing that happened recently is a windows update. It is probably the reason behind this RAM issue. Just saw other people on Facebook with similar crashes.
I will recover my system to something before this update happened.
pixelwerk I had similar experiences like this before. It went as far as underclocking few cards so that they don't crash Octane and this usually means bad hardware.
Somehow 3D rendering is able to identify stability issues that won't appear with hours of stress testing the system.
On the other hand I'm not sure what to say about windows updates really. Almost every windows update causes problems now
stability issues that you cannot find with hours of stress testing.
