SSS crashing my renders

Hi all,

Was wondering if anyone else is having problems rendering sss? It basically quits Modo every time, be it on progressive or bucket render.
I'm using Modo 10 with a Mac Pro 64BG Ram, 2.7 GHz 12-Core with AMD FirePro D700 6144 MB card.

Please attach the scene that's causing the crash. I can't fix the crash without the scene.
