  • V-Ray Next for Revit, Update 1 available!

    Hello everyone,

    We are happy to announce that V-Ray Next for Revit, Update 1 is out!!!

    Besides compatibility with the latest Revit 2021 as well as support for Nvidia's RTX technology, this version introduces some exciting and frequently requested new features.
    Below is a list of the highlights. For a full list of the changes and fixes, check the changelog.
    • View-specific settings - Render and maintain multiple views with individual lighting, mood and composition.
    • Batch rendering - Batch rendering helps you schedule multiple views for rendering.
    • Revit Sun Animation - Explore and visualize the impact of natural light and shadows on your designs across a variety of timespans.
    • New Grass/Fur workflow - Create more realistic furry surfaces, such as grass and fabrics, with the new and extended V-Ray Fur workflow.
    • Transfer Auto values - Auto camera values are now displayed and can be further adjusted manually.
    • Material Picker - Pick a surface in any Revit view and instantly locate its material in the Appearance Manager.
    • Color Assistant - V-Ray Color Picker’s new extension suggests a color shade palette to choose the right color for your designs.
