Scene not showing up when rendering

Hi, I'm hoping this is an easy one, but this has never happened to me before;
When I go to render a view, the objects to be rendered do not show up in the scene, just the background image.
This is a revit project that ive rendered many times, same scene, same model, but today for some reason nothing showing up...
Strange, so hoping this is an easy one.
Let me know if you have any idea what's happening here.

My focus distance was set to zero..... That must be why nothing showed up in the render scene.
