  • The V-Ray material library cannot be downloaded and update

I installed V-Ray for Revit and successfully downloaded the material library for the first time. However, when I changed the location of the material library, I opened the material library and prompted me to have no permission. Is it where I set it wrong?
I confirm that I have a V-Ray License Server and can render normally.

    Hi Shusen.ZHAO ,

The material library download path is configured from within V-Ray for Revit's config.json file. Use the "assetsDownloadDir" parameter, and when writing the path, use double slashes \\
Here is a link to the respective documentation.

The Asset Paths which you referred to are used by V-Ray to look for missing assets at render time.

    Best,
    Ana
