error when enabling vray for revit

Hello

I just installed vray 5 for revit and got this error when i tried to enable it.

"Revit could not complete the external command."

How can i fix this?

Hi Mohamad,

Can you reproduce the error and send us the corresponding V-Ray for Revit log file? I.e. the latest file in: AppData\Roaming\Chaos Group\V-Ray for Revit 20xx\Logs
Also, are you opening a project from scratch or an existing one? I guess it's an existing one. If so, we'll also need the project along with its V-Ray assets. Please, email me at ana.lyubenova@chaosgroup.com
