V-Ray vision error

Please help, running Vision gives a black screen and pops up with a Revit error message (win 32 exception etc...)!
I cannot attach the image file as the chaos forum website is giving me a missing PHP temporary folder error message!

Can you reproduce the issue and send us the latest V-Ray for Revit log from C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Chaos Group\V-Ray for Revit 2021\Logs

I have sent the log file to support - Vision doesn't run at all, even in Administrator mode.
