Curtains and lights could not be seen

Hi,

In one of my test models, I couldn't see curtains and lights in the Vision rendering window. I was very confused and tried many methods, but they didn't work. Could you tell me the reason?

Ps:I am using Vray5.10.05. In VRay Render Production and Vantage1.2 I could see the lights but still couldn't see the curtains

Where have you imported these curtains from? Are they from Chaos Cosmos?

It comes from the default family file that comes with Revit, I uploaded the family file, maybe you can test it, please use Revit2021.

Thank you for providing the Revit family. Unfortunately, it renders with Vision on my end.
Are you able to send us the entire Revit model? You can send it to my email ana.lyubenova@chaosgroup.com
In addition, are you able to update to version 5.10.06, as that's the latest hotfix available on our website. (Link here)
