Revit could not complete the external command

Good morning, I get this problem only when trying to render outdoors.

In order to be more helpful, please define the following:

• exact V-Ray version (screenshot of V-Ray > Help > About)
• exact Revit version
• when does this error message appear - when trying to start Production / Interactive rendering or when enabling V-Ray
• is it happening also in a blank new scene
• is it happening only in a particular scene
• right after the error pops up navigate to V-Ray > Help > About > V-Ray Revit Session Log and send us the pointed VRayForRevit.log file

thank you for your help, after following your instructions I realized that it was only that one view that the light gen could not generate any variants. so when rendering the error message appear. I moved on by creating another view in the same spot and it works well.
If you want to still check here is the:
V-ray Version: attached
Revit version: Revit 2021.1.2
When does this error message appear: when trying to start Production of "3D view 7"
It is happening only in a particular scene

If you still haven't deleted this particular view, it will be highly appreciated and very helpful to share with us the scene.
Then we could investigate further and prevent this behaviour in the future.

SendSafely is used to receive files from customers easily - you will be able to attach them directly.
We will need the .rvt file itself + a .vrscene archive made like this.
Mention also which is the exact view, where the issue appeared.
