Vray loose objects in render

Vray loose objects in render, reload revit - helps... but 2-3 time a day it happens.

We have some additional questions:
1. Please, confirm if the objects that disappear are only part of a linked file or they are also presented in the main Revit document?
2. Does the issue occur in Production rendering or in Interactive after a specific action? If in Interactive, please specify the exact steps you took before the issue occur?
3. Are you able to send us the V-Ray for Revit log file generated immediately after the issue occurs? Log file location: C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Chaos Group\V-Ray for Revit 20xx\Logs You'll notice that there are 10 logs, we need the most recent one.
4. Are you able to also share the Revit model with us, so that we can debug the issue in our environment?

1 - No, there is no linked files. All objects are presented in the main Revit document.
2 - The issue occur in Production rendering and in Interactive both, I don't know after which steps, but I guess, maybe after saving Revit shared model, but not shure... sorry.

4 - model is here, but it is corporate model, please delete it after you don't need it any more, I can loose my job (link removed by admin)
