  • 360 panorama not stitching correctly

    Hi Ana Lyubenova,

I am having trouble with the 360s. I don't know why but they just started to stitch up differently with this sliver of line that runs through the half of the panorama. It is the same for all my 360s. Any suggestions as to why is this?
    I am doing a stereo 360 FYI.

    Hello dren_ahmeti,

I have some questions to you:
    1. Are you using the spherical panorama or the cube one?
    2. Which panorama viewer do you load the image in?
    3. Have you tried loading the image in another viewer? (in order to check whether the issue comes from the image)
    4. When did this issue started to happen? For us, it will be useful to have .vrscene files exported from the same scene before and after the issue occurred.
    5. Can you send us the image, so that we can try loading it in our own viewer?

We'll solve that but first we need to find all the details of how exactly it happens and why.

    Best,
    Ana

      Hi Ana,

Can you give me an email that I can send you the panorama.

      1-Yes spherical
      2-Panomaker, is a german software
      3-I haven't tried anything else
4-Just past week, I didn't have this problem previously.
5-Let me know what email to send it to.\

Thank you. Again, this wasn't a problem earlier. Now every panorama I have done it is the same hopefully it is the viewer.
