I cannot find the Decals tab in the Cosmos browser

Hello Chaos team,

I am using V-Ray for Revit and I am facing a problem with the Cosmos browser. I cannot find the Decals tab in the browser, which means I am unable to add decals to my models.

I would appreciate your assistance in solving this issue.

A decal is just an image with/without a corresponding mask, so you can use anything.
Cosmos only has a very small selection, which you can find in the 'Materials' section

Hmm..I just read this is the Revit section (I use Max) but hopefully it is the same.

Dear moneech, hello.

In V-Ray for Revit Cosmos decals are still not implemented. That's why you are not able to find them in Chaos Cosmos Browser.
Compared to other host platforms there are certain specifics in Revit which affect the implementation steps.

I will now add your request to the list.
Ana Lyubenova could be more specific will and when this will be solved.
