asset editor can't activate

hello.

currently, i installed v-ray for revit 7 in my pc,
but there is the message comes out that the image i attached when activating revit and v-ray.
i can enable v-ray, but can't use asset editor and other asset function.
is there any solution for this?

Hello yusuke_kasama,

Did you experience this issue with V-Ray 6 as well?
Could you please check the CPU type on your machine? V-Ray 7 requires a CPU that supports AVX2. Here are the system requirements.
Additionally, please check whether your antivirus software is blocking the process.
