Revit could not complete the external command vray

Hi

I have bought and installed V-ray for Revit

and now I get this error

I tried reinstalling several times - unsuccessfully

What should I do?

Hi ark_kloden,

This can happen if your Revit content libraries haven't installed properly during Revit installation. Therefore V-Ray cannot access the IES file location; it is either empty or missing.
You can check if there are folders in the following location: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RAC 2015 (ProgramData usually is a hidden directory, so you'll need to unhide it to check)
