  • Cannot "acquire license"

    I have three machines (pc, laptop and a surface pro)... In the pc and the laptop I cant acquire the license, in the surface it works perfect. In this 2 machines I have installed the "beta"... windows 10, revit 2017 sp2... same configuration... What can I try?

    I have installed the license server of the beta version (4.00 I think) and now it works perfect... maybe the last license server not work well...

      Hi Garquitectos,
      By saying "beta" do you mean the evaluation version? Because V-Ray for Revit beta has not been available for 2 months now.
      The correct version of the license server should be 4.3.0

        With the license server 4.3.0 it doesnt work I have reinstalled a old beta version that I have saved (beta 2 I think) And now it works perfect. In the surface its works perfect with the 4.3.0 but in the pc and the laptop it doesnt work. In this 2 machines I have installed the beta some time ago... Maybe I have not uninstalled them well... I dont know

          The Beta ended in December so it won't work correctly. It's possible that you purchased an EDU version with a hardware dongle licensing instead of Online - in that cases you need to have the EDU build from https://download.chaosgroup.com/, the dongle plugged in and the dongle drivers installed - https://ftp.chaosgroup.com/support/WkRuntime64_6.32.exe
