  • Error when I render V-Ray

I have a problem with V-Ray. I installed the new patch 3.4002. I have assigned material to the whole object. I render an object in Revit everything is OK. When I want to use V-ray is a problem - Revit is shedding (turns off). When the model of the building had not yet had all the elements visible at the roof, ie the mason and mason, had no textures outside then the v-ray did not render problems. When I assigned textures for windows, doors and other items visible outside, V-ray did not want to render and roll Revita. What could be wrong? Maybe some texture or material. Or is there a lot of them? I do not think because similar objects (other files) render without problem. I will add that the Revit file with which the V-ray has problems before has triggered me Revit. I loaded it again and with Revit renedering is all OK. This is a screenshot after which Revit gets the error and turns off. Click image for larger version

I found an error. When making the material for the soffit, I applied extruded material to the extrusion, but I used a tile map - with the correct settings. It was released every time. When I took a file that was OK - I just put the cover material and the roofs of the roof it also crashed. Then I remembered that I used this procedure for my pads. I deleted the pad and re-rendered. Now it's OK. This experiment, this information cost half a day a combination of the problem. As usual - "the devil is in the details". In the cause of the problem.

We would like to reproduce this issue in our environment.
Are you able to provide a sample scene along with exact steps to reproduce?

      Thank you,
      Ana

Yes. of course. In a few days I will create a text file from the Autodesk database. I will check and send again. For that moment I can say so much - to bump (bump) I used no texture b / w material just a procedural pattern as I showed the arrow in the picture. It will change Revita's version to English and then I will check-will the right vocabulary. It is better for me to work in Polish localization the more so since the patch (last patch) made rendering in night mode with artificial lighting.
