After doing the 3 prepasses, Vray doesnt continue to render the scene.

After doing the 3 pre-passes, Vray doesn't get past 1% to 3% it seems stuck. I the owner of an educational version of vray for revit 2017 and am currently in the middle of the end of the semester for my studio class. Any help resolving this issue woulds be greatly apprectiated.

Are you using the CPU or GPU to create your renderings.

CPU will give you better results.

What computer do you have?

Can you send us the scene that you are trying to render at support@chaosgroup.com, so that we can test it in our environment? (please, point V-Ray for Revit as Subject)
Which is your V-Ray for Revit version? (the one listed at the bottom of the About box)
What is your computer configuration? (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)
