Vray for Revit hangs at export before Rendering

I have been having a re-occurring problem with Vray 3.6 for Revit 2018. On occasion when I click the render production button, Revit hangs during an exporting to the rendering engine. I forget the exact dialog box. It never finishes and Revit has to be closed as it is hung up. Has this been seen before?

We need to reproduce it. Does it occur only in a specific project? How big is the project?

Ana, I don't recall if it is tied to only one project. The project I am currently working on is 66,288 KB in size. Has not happened in a couple days now, so it appears to be either random or has resolved itself. I will keep my attention on this and let you know when it happens again

Gregg, I think I had your computer specs somewhere under another forum thread. Can you write them once again here? The CPU, GPU and the RAM amount. Which engine do you use to render? (CPU or GPU)
Since it hangs during export and you say it is random, I suspect that there might be something "bad" in the project, a material or geometry.
Please, if you manage to reproduce it, capture the error dialog and send it to us along with the latest Revit journal.
