Artificial Lights (Vray 3.70.03)

Hello,

I'm new to rendering with VRay so apologize for any dumb questions but I've been trying to render a scene in Revit using Default Revit Lights (Recessed Cans) and cannot get the lights to turn on in the Vray render. I've checked to ensure the lights are turned on in Revit, made sure the light group is not set to Dim, and made sure the scene in Revit is set to Interior: Sun and Artificial lights, there is no diffuser blocking the lights, and the Artificial lights are set to on in the Vray Ribbon. I've attached what my renders look like and a screenshot of the scene in Revit. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Anna,

I just tried it now and it still renders dark. I dropped it down to 3 and the light seems to work but everything else begins to look blow out. The Dialog box when i render give me the warning saying V-Ray could not load the IES file. Could this have anything to do with it?

Yes, definitely. You need to check the paths to the IES files. Do you use any of the default IES files or any others?

I'm using the default paths. All the lights in my scene come packaged with Revit 2018. No 3rd party lights yet.
