Revit decals

Hey all,

We were wondering how often do you guys use Decals in Revit. Though it is quite subjective, what's the usual amount of decals in a project?
Any info in that regard will be much appreciated.

Personally, I use it a lot
depending on the project
most of the times its about 2 to 5 decals in the same project

using decals a lot.. at the moment they don't show up in vray unfortunatly..

This is strange because they show up in my setup. So, we need to figure out what is hiding them in yours.

Which version of Revit are you using? Can you check if you have a Revit filter that might be hiding them. If not, navigate to V-Ray Appearance Manager/Global Overrides tab and check whether the Hide Decals setting is enabled.
