I have a reoccurring time-consuming problem with Vray-assigned materials vanishing when switching from work pc to home pc.
When I open the file all vray-assigned materials are no longer assigned. Is there a settings file that lives separately from my revit file which is in control of this? Or does it happen whenever maps cannot be found? Assets are all there even though I have to relink some maps. I would prefer if the material assignments stays intact even though some maps are missing.
Takes alot of time reassigning materials. Relinking maps is easier.
