Are there any plans to make Revit's swarm able to use SketchUp/Rhino nodes?

The short answer is yes! We currently have this functioning in the beta versions of V-Ray for Rhino and V-Ray for SketchUp products. Swarm is intended to be a universal rendernode for all three of these products.

Does that mean if I buy DR licenses for VRay for Revit, that they'll also work for VRay for Sketchup and Rhino 3.0 when they are released?

Yup, I have a few licenses of the beta versions of SketchUp, Rhino, and Revit 3.0. All the Render node licenses get totaled and shown in the same place.
