IES Artificial Lights Problem

Hi.
I am having a problem for render interior views with artificial lights, Vray don't recognize the Artificial Lights, when I turned On nothing happens.
Can you help to solve this problem I have investigated but I still don't find the solution.

I also have a problem with Artificial lights. If you remove the luminance materials on and off the sun, the room will be dark. Although the families have sources of light and changing the brightness has no effect. Perform the steps clear on the steps from the video V-Ray for Revit – Quick Start: Interior Lighting and nothing happens. Version V-Ray - 3.40.4.

Have you tried playing with the exposure value (EV)? To make the scene brighter, move the slider to the right.
