  • Problems with texture scaling

    Hi,

I want to render a building with wood cladded roof. Problem is the texture image is split or something in the middle of the roof. I have tried to adjust height both in revit and inside the material settings in V-ray plugin but it doesnt fix it.

The error only appears on one of the two roofs. Any suggestions?

When I dont tile it, it looks like this, even though I have set the height to 6,5 meter.

    vizking666,

I have a few questions for you:

? Does this happen in all rendering modes (e.g. production, rt CPU/GPU)

? Is this a V-Ray vrmat or a Revit material?

? Does this happen if you switch out the material for something else?

? Is there overlapping/duplicate geometry? This can sometimes produce strange results in V-Ray like darker material appearance.
