Curtain Panel Massing Facade - Whats going on?!

Please see my attached images!

The hidden line view shows what I have modeled, its a form that has been divided into a grid and a panel added to the gird.

Once it renders it bus and half of the facade is missing and curved mass does not cut the panels at the top.

Any ideas I'd be very grateful!
