Importing Lights - Duplicates

When importing Vray lights I'm finding that duplicates end up in the list of lights in the scene however the duplicate is not selectable (and for all intents and purposes isn't there, just that it's doubled up in the lights list).

So to repeat the bug...

New scene. Create a light. Save this file.
Create a new scene. Import previous scene containing the one light. Notice the list of lights has a duplicate.
