    Hi.
    I'm new at V-Ray for Rhino but I think this is a problem/bug(?)
    I'm testing some rectangular lights and emissive material in a thin width (0.4m). When I render, only the one is oriented on the 'Y' direction is rendered. The one in 'X' direction is like it doesn't exist.
    After making several tests I could see that only from 0.255m width for the 'X' Lights or emissive objects I could get them rendered. Bellow that width I can't. Can someone tell me how can I solve this?

    Hello, and apologies for the delayed response!
    0.254m is exactly 10 inches, so your issue may be somehow related to the project units setup. If you are able to produce a scene for investigation, please send it over at support@chaosgroup.com

        Thank you for providing the scene in question!
        As mentioned in my email reply, the issue was due to the lights' distance from the origin point. When you have objects spread across a vast area, V-Ray cannot raytrace them with precision. The numbers in the calculation exceed their precision mark and unexpected results may occur. In your case the bugged light was 2209195.171 meters away.
        If you open the progress log prior to rendering (via the square button at the bottom-right corner of the VFB), you will notice a warning message appears in the log: "Scene is too far away from origin, possible raycast errors.". If you encounter it again in the future, make sure you move your scene objects closer to the origin point (coordinates 0,0,0).
