Here's a quick video I made with my first impressions trying to use vray Next's "new" Asset Editor.
As you can see the when I attempt to create a reusable vrscene asset (that has no preview in the editor?), it works a single time before I begin making gumball duplicates which essentially break V-Ray. What is the point for an asset library if you can't work with multiple instances of an object?
The infinite plane also continues to show even though i've deleted it, throughout the video i pressed stop and re-render on the so called interactive renderer about 20 times to attempt to update it semi-successfully.
These seem like some pretty fundamental flaws that would be considered pre-alpha bugs in most programs, Blender and Rhino's own Cycles have been doing interactive rendering seamlessly for years now.
sorry to take the angry entitled user stance but when your expecting already paying customers to fork out another $400 for essentially a slight re-jig of the asset editor with no true changes under the hood its crazy.
