Descriptions are in wrong place for ZDepth Render Element

The descriptions for "Near Distance" and "Far Distance" under the ZDepth Render Elements are in the wrong spots. The image below is when I am hovering above "Far Distance".

The switched tooltips are already fixed in our internal builds and will appear correctly in the next available update.
