VRAY FOR RHINO NOT Loading Material

I just got a new laptop 16GB NVDIA GEFORCE 1650. I have Rhino 5.14 installed with Matrix 9.0. I have tried to install VRAY 3.6 on the Rhino, it will load up but the materials never get loaded. It freezes for a while and then nothing happens after wards. find below the screen shot. What do I do ?

I have tried VRAY 3.6 and 3.4 but same issue.
