VRAY 3.6 upgraded to VRAY NEXT, materials, settings and lights lost

Hi,

I have just had my VRay 3.6 license upgraded to VRay Next. However when I open the file to work on it, all the settings materials and lights used with the old version seem to be lost.
They do not appear in the asset editor, in the Vray lights panels or in the settings section.

Please, does anybody know if this is normal or did I do somethign wrong in the update?

Hello,
The described behavior is definitely not normal.
Could you please confirm whether this problem is limited only to a particular scene or does it occur when opening any other v3.6 scene?
If only a single project is affected, please send it over for investigation to support@chaosgroup.com .
