Curtain Transaprent 01 10cm material problem with visible lines on the surface

Hi everyone,

I am having quite annoying problem that I cannot figure out. This morning it wasnt there and now I cannot remove it additionally I have exchanged curtain transparent 01 10 cm material to a new one and the problem is still there. Please see the attachment, there are visible lines on the material it self (fabric balcony). Similarly when one applies toon to the background and there is a rectangular light in front of it.

Did more testing this morning and removing bump seems to remove this problem, anyone know why such behaviour ?
